Ten years of good mornings
Tucked just off the market square, Willow & Bean has been Saffron Walden's home for small-batch coffee since 2016. We roast in tiny weekly batches, bake everything in-house each morning, and make the kind of flat white that's worth crossing town for.
The room is ours, too — reclaimed oak, trailing plants, and a reading corner that regulars guard jealously. Come for the guest espresso, stay for the cardamom buns.
Best flat white in Essex, hands down. The cardamom buns sell out by 10am for a reason.
